At SushiByHu, we strive to provide a dining experience like no other. With a range of sushi concepts to choose from, we aim to make your dining experience as comfortable as possible. Our ultimate goal is to open an Omakase Bar in Hamburg, but for now, we're focused on building our brand through pop-ups and events throughout Germany with our main office based in Hamburg.

Sustainability is at the forefront of our mission, so we only use the freshest and most responsibly sourced ingredients for our dishes. We believe that the best food is produced from produce that comes directly from the source, with no time loss at the market. We cater to groups of up to 20 guests in Hamburg, and our aim is to bring the best of Japanese dining culture, combined with modern fine dining, to your event or home.

We also collaborate with bars and barkeepers to create unique food and drink menus, tailored to the needs of our guests.
